I use Arch internally too, and it is good. However, I don't know how happy 
*all* gnumed developers would be with it, since to my knowledge it doesn't 
support that operation system parody named after  transparent building part 
and some of our team use it even for development (mindboggling the thought 
alone, isn't it?).
