Does the "outer framework" provide more than the notebook tabs, does it also govern the Photo, Personal Details, Allergy/Warning info and up to three list control elements... is the "outer framework" in fact gmClinicalWindowManager.py

The developer manual includes a blank section (perhaps a place holder) titled:
4.3. wxpython/gui - "whole page" plugin widgets regarding the notebook

Before I ask or comment further, to what extent are the following screenshots seriously outdated? Do they need replacing?
