Agreed, they are not clinical items. It *may* be handy to work
with them as classes, too, however. Only implementation can
tell.

Although those aren't clinical *data* items rather than
clinical *actions*. I think it beneficial to handle them as
classes, too.

A data item, true, but not of clin_root_item ancestry. Hm,
thinking of it, it *should* be handleable by a cClinItem
descendant, though ...
