What do people think, does it make sense to allow for (not
require) codes being attached to any clin_narrative row
irrespective of soap_cat ? Eg. allowing coding of subjective,
objectice, assessment, and plan ? Subjective likely doesn't
make too much sense although ICPC-2 has codes for RFE.
Objective, well, there is codes for that in READ, SNOMED,
ICPC-2, LOINC, etc. As for assessment we probably all agree that
there's a multitude of options. And for Plan there's at least
CPT4 and OPS (Operationen- und Prozedurenschlüssel).
So - go ahead with that ?
