Because seemingly wxWidgets is not installed on hherb.com.

Fix might involve problems as, yes, we can install it but
epydoc tries to import modules for documenting them and AFAIR
wxPython (or rather wxWidgets or rather GTK+) tries to init the
DISPLAY which is duly bound to fail on a server machine.
