That is what I needed to know. IOW what Richard calls suburb
could just be stored in the urb table.
The question remains standing whether it makes sense to
provide a suburb field for those countries that use "suburb"
in it's meaning of "part of a locality".
IMO yes but it belongs into the street table, not the address
one as it is now.
