What's the go about decision support ?
The "due vaccination" views is an example;
is there a python compatible  decision support package ;
is postgres's evolutionary  sql constraint  system enough (e.g. have a 
advisory view ) ?

(wrt 3rd party packages, febrl uses a french package for hmms).
