[Gnumed-devel] gnumed/client/etc/config-definitions/DBDefault.definitions vs. gnumed/sql/gmConfigData.sql

There seem to be two competing ways of defining config options.
What's the difference? I have tried wading through the code but
it didn't enlighten me.
Can we pick one? (I vote for the sql/gmConfigData.sql, but honestly, I don't
care.)
