1) when inside Documents, when I control-clicked an item to Review/ Edit properties, and when I typed in "*" into the Type, it was not possible to see a phrasewheel listing of the existing types *anywhere*.
2) after I edited an item to create a new type, then the *next* time I went into Edit, and I typed * I could see the list (which included a garbage type I created "dhddhd...") but note that it is barely visible at the lower right corner of the widget with only a bit of its corner visible. Exiting the widget and trying again, changing from an existing type to another existing type, was insufficient to prompt anything... the * was ignored. In the latter case I do not believe it was simple failure of the positioning of the match results, because it the results existed offscreen my keyboard input might have still managed to key to a match whereas all that would happen is that my keystrokes got registered after * as "* referral report other"
By the way3) if editing of an entry inside "Type" will more often involve a change in type and only occasionally a revision of the spelling, ought the default field behaviour be to select-all text instead of positioning the cursor at far left of the existing text?
4) how does one delete or edit existing type values to fix or purge them in the phrasewheel? Would such a change update the type for affected documents in all patient records?

Perhaps a screenshot with an arrow or circle might clarify.
