Come to think of it maybe we don't *need* the various test org "sections" if we maintain the notion of GNUmed "profiles"... under such an approach, we could construct our choice of broad and narrow profiles in

        clin.test_type_unified

for example we might conceive of and devise

        gluc* or
        glucA

to cluster together and display the various forms of glucose level information on a patient, combining fasting and random and capillary values (not that it would make sense to merge the data but at least to present them as a set of rows.

A broader collecting term could be "micro"

A more-clinically-oriented example might be

        diab

which might gather together not only the glucose values but HbA1c, renal / albuminuric and lipid values

Sound right?
