Are you kidding? 

GNUmed has ~10 users?

I took a look at SQL Clinic, Clear Health, FreeMed, MirrorMed,
OpenEMR...and maybe some more and only OpenEMR looked close to what I
need/expect, but I've settled on GNUmed.

It definitely deserves much more users and I'm enthusiastic to learn
Python in order to help the project.
