If at all possible for you upgrade to 0.2.8.11 which fixes
an important bug.

I don't know nothing about Italy, let alone Torgiano,
but this

suggests you should retry with "UM" or "Umbria" in the
"State" field... ;-)

What does the IS in your address data stand for ? Istria ?
