Surely, that's just a first rough cut. Any sane doctor would
leave those fields empty for that drug anyway.

LOL  :-)))  You are absolutely right. It is important to
consider that. That's one of the purposes of the 
.considered_harmful or .unneccessary_health_risk flag(s).
