[Gnumed-devel] state of medication handling

The first part is done: GNUmed can now start a configurable
external database frontend (only a German one is selectable
so far) and can import INN with ATC selected within that.

Those INNs are browsable in GNUmed. They are then used as
those being consumed by patients.

Next step will be doing the same for brands.

Then, managing patients' current medication with help of the
above INN and brand tables inside GNUmed will follow.
