I agree with your sentiment that GNUmed should not
unnecessarily "discriminate" clerical vs medical or even
medical staff vs doctors.
I also agree with Jim that "clinician" seems to include
non-doctor medical staff et al.
Improvements for where we sway from the path are welcome.
