I haven't written up much of anything. Basically there's a bunch of
thoughts already encapsulated in previous tables which I am reworking
at the moment.

Maybe we should gather a few thoughts on the wiki. My current thinking
goes like this:

The entities are

the vaccination
   who
   when
   what (link to clin.vaccine)
   where
   reaction
   batch_no

the vaccine
   indications
      - bonding together the indications of combination vaccines
      - actually an entry in a link table with clin.vacc_indication
   brand (link to ref.branded_drug)
   min_age
   max_age
   is_live
   route (link to clin.vacc_route)

the vaccination indication
   this is a simple list of dieases for which a vaccine exist,
   this table has fields for defining ATC codes for single-indication
   and poly-indication vaccines for that indication

In practice we will often desire to document previous vaccinations
where we don't know the exact vaccine used (but perhaps the batch_no).
For such cases GNUmed maintains a (fake) generic, single-indication
vaccine for each known indication. The GUI will allow to either select
a vaccine if known or tick off the indications vaccinated within a
given vaccination entry. If single indications are ticked off it will
generate a bunch of entries each with the fake generic vaccine.
Otherwise there will be a single entry linked to the combination vaccine.

Note how none of this relates to "compliance with schedule" as yet.
All this is concerned about is documenting the *state* of vaccination.

Displaying this information in a clever way will allow for easy manual
comparison with (paper or on-screen) schedules.

A later step would include vaccination schedules and derive hints
based on those.

That is interesting. I couldn't really divine much from their website
but that's probably my fault as my French isn't really that fluent.

They don't offer a source download, however (only after asking them
per email).
