Here is what the nsi file does. It is kind of like a cookbook. It take files
from the tarball and put them in new locations. In the nsi file it tells the
nullsoft installer where it should put the files.
The file also produces some shortcuts, handles the language and so on.
The next step for you should be to build a frozen client.
For the time being you will learn to maintain the clients. I will take care of
the server. When you are comfortable with the client packages you will learn
how to build server packages.
