Hi, can we make the Comment area able to visibly support 3-4 lines worth of 
text entry (I would even suggest consuming half the vertical space) instead of 
just 1 line?

The reason is because this field / column is a very handy place to keep some 
additional details such as the names and phone numbers of orgs or booking 
details instead of having to make another note to put these in, when they are 
administrative or not yet "official record" information.
