ok… in GNUmed-next can it be RFE in three places (as we seem to be keeping
alive the original progress notes editor):
Notelets plugin
'Purpose' --> RFE
Edit encounter details
'Reason' --> RFE
original "Progress notes" plugin
'Patient request' --> RFE
