When attaching a document and noticing that a suitable episode (or problem)
does not yet exist under which to attach it, I can go over to
EMR > Add / Edit > Past history (health issue / PMH)
however back in
Attach documents > Associate to episode
it does not appear in the dropdown for the field. Is there any way to get this
list to refresh?
