In the overview plugin, I notice that the Identity panel supports:

- name alises (if these exist)
- identity issuer values

but presently, if an identity comment exists, it does not show in the panel. 
Would this be worth including?



- Name comments should be shown in the name tooltips
- an identity comment can have more than one line
  which makes it unsuitably for the list view

- an identity comment is shown in the patient name
  tooltip from within the top panel anyway (which is
  always in view)
