It would be nice to make easier the work flow of adjusting the encounter type.

Presently, when creating a new encounter in pre-1.2, the user is notified

        A new encounter has been created

but with no direct access to revise the encounter type. To do this, the user 
must

        notice that the type is unsuitable (not a lot of work, granted) but
        click L
        click the bottom-listed encounter
        click Edit
        jump focus from the default Summary field to Type
        (maybe) select all text if not already selected
        input string for a different value

can this be improved, such that all 4 modes of achieving a new encounter:

        activating a patient after their last encounter "maximum"
        activating a patient in the last encounter "window" and accepting to 
create new
        clicking the N button
        clicking the New button inside the Add / Edit encounters list

evokes the

        edit encounter details window

and, ideally, with focus set into the "Type" field?
