If you truly really mean *current encounter* that's
technically very easy.
It would mean that when the patient was seen 2 days ago and
you'd write a letter today there wouldn't be any progress
notes selected for export (unless you'd set the "continue
current encounter" threshold to "three days" or something
like that).
Is that really what you want ?
