when a new person installs gnumed for the first time, it does not work as 
nobody (doctors ) know about bootstraping. majority must be getting turned down 
and think it to be useless software. 
I think, there should be script, which when gnumed client is installed, screens 
a system for previously installed server, if not found fetches server, and 
bootstrap it., giving a smooth experience to first time user.
