Present medications template result in following output

Augmentin amoxicillin 500 mg 1-1-1 x 10d 
Augmentin clavulinic acid 125 mg 1-1-1 x 10d 

This gives eronious impression of being prescribed two drugs especially  india 
where  brands are already too many and confusing.
If improved to 

Augmentin (amoxicillin 500mg + clavulinic acid 125 mg   ) 1-1-1 x 10d 
or

Augmentin | amoxicillin 500mg    |  1-1-1 x 1od 
                  |clavulinic acid 125mg | 
it may improve clarity. The issue needs discussion.
