Without knowing which placeholder Vaibhav is using to stream
substance intake data into the document we cannot safely say
how he can fix his problem. In some placeholders
($current_meds$) the formatting is entirely up to the user.
In others ($current_meds_table$ and $current_meds_notes$,
which is what the default GNUmed document template uses) the
user has no say in the layout, but then those do NOT show
the behavior he's writing about.

See the attached PDF. The upper part shows a listing by
brand with ingredients added in small print. The lower part
shows ingredients listed with extra data. The lower part
could be left out by users if they deem it too confusing
(the upper part, too, but then it would now show any intake
information anymore :-)

None of that corresponds with what Vaibhav is saying. He
needs to show us what he's doing.
