Actually, no I won't (which doesn't mean I would reject a
patch if someone were to send one) because by-brand would
run into fields that are specific to each ingredient of a
multi-component drug which would require yet more special
casing.

If people need by-brand better stick to current_meds_table
(which factors out the multi-component parts into
current_meds_notes) and - as needed - work on improving
that.
