[Gnumed-devel] Tweaking the Measurements plugin - refactor buttons request

Can the buttons be positioned as per the screenshot?

- the new Browse button

- rename the Select button 'Select:'  and position it to the left of the radio button

and even to change the case of the radio buttons to

which would make more self-evident what these currently visually-unrelated objects "do" …

Select: ( + ) your unsigned   (    ) all unsigned
