That mainly refers to the fact that GNUmed tries to cater to
the intricacies of non-incidental, longitudinal, "holistic",
multi-problem, GP care.
However, speciality health care should be catered for,
too, as it is mostly
- concentration on one or very few related problems
- putting emphasis on other detail than
a) other specialities
b) GP
Of course, dedicated plugins will help a lot in presentation
of data better suited to any given speciality. Jerzy is
doing an excellent job in this regard. I haven't seen much
of exactly how you *use* GNUmed but the mere fact that you
keep using it means you must be doing a good job adapting it
to GE practice as well.
