Within v18 you CANNOT designate a praxis location.

You can (and should but need not at all costs) make
sure there's a suitable org and org unit to be
designated your praxis location when in v19 when
first starting the 1.4 client.

This snippet simply lists a query being run but
does not shed light on any problems. Please send
the complete log.

It is only advisable, not necessary.

However, 19.1 will check whether there is, indeed, at least
one org unit (and thereby org) to be selected your praxis
later on. This isn't strictly necessary either (as 1.4 will
force you to enter one) but it is very much advisable.
