No.

You can't yet.

-gui is mostly resolution independent, but backends can't handle
anything except 72dpi yet. back-art can easily render at other
resolutions, but it'd would take a fair bit of work to get the X11
window/event handling parts to deal with other resolutions. A bit of
tweaking in -gui and other places would also be necessary to get good
results.
