The patch does not need to enable this functionality, since nsbundle gets it for us for free. It looks in $GNUSTEP_USER_ROOT/Images, $GNUSTEP_LOCAL_ROOT/Images, and $GNUSTEP_SYSTEM_ROOT/Images. The problem is that if you have common_Folder.tiff in two or three places, its difficult to know which one it is loading. To me, at least, the common_ prefix is a good thing for *system* provided icons, and should not be stepped upon by users or icon bundle makers, IMHO.
