Are you sure ityour build is clean? While I was able to reproduce the 
problem the other day when you told me? I did a clean build of all core 
libraries, built Ink without problems on OpenBSD. I am running the base 
test suite tells me:

7632 Passed tests
  17 Skipped sets
  16 Dashed hopes
   1 Failed test
