My personal idea was to have a libgomp mailing list: the libraries are
logically separed from the compiler, maybe there are people who don't want to
receive all the technical e-mails about compilers and still keep an eye on
the development of the libraries. Another possibility is to keep this mailing
list and the repository on savannah for lighter work on libgomp, which could
be merged at regular interval into the gomp-branch. Maybe there are people
who do not want to check out the whole compiler just for playing with the
libraries.
As you see, either way has disadvantages: we should try to minimise side
effects. As usual, further thoughts and opinions are very welcome.
