libgomp is akin to libgfortran, being an integrated component of the project); no one is going to be using libgomp by itself. So I don't think we need a separate mailing list for it. Too many lists fragments our focus, I think.
I do want to see us integrated with "regular" GCC development, as much as possible. For matters purely gomp-related, we can manage a address@hidden mailing list, and technical topics need to go into the main GCC mailing lists.
We can always maintain this list for a short time in parallel (!), until active folk know about the transition.
