  I think that one list would do nicely for now, since from now on patches 
should go to gcc-patches ?? should they not ?

  And I agree, the lib is separate, but in out case it is fairly closely knit 
to the compiler, perhaps when we have a libgomp-1.0 ?? at that point work on 
the lib could be separate ?
