Odd.  Mine is blank, even when I kill gpsd and start this way:
        gpsmon /dev/ttyUSB0

Since Sanjeev's is clearly getting an edge since it is being passed
on to his ntpd it must be a problem with the thread lcoking or 
thread debug output.
