It's worth a try, but I doubt futzing with the test framework delays
is going to fix those two *particular* failures. They're the only two
TCP transport tests; I have a bad feeling that something unfortunate
os going on in the socket layer, possibly below the level of the
Python implemementation.

Which is still weird. Any way I can get access to the Fedora box to
run some tests?
