[gpsd-dev] 3.11 release is imminent

Gary's ldconfig hack for discovering the system default load path
works on his Gentoo box and here in Ubuntu land.  Fedora, BSD people
and others please test.  If this doesn't go sproing in any of our
target environments it settles all the remaining issues around RPATH.

I'd like to release Sunday, so please test ASAP.

Strict gun laws are about as effective as strict drug laws...It pains
me to say this, but the NRA seems to be right: The cities and states
that have the toughest gun laws have the most murder and mayhem.
