stdataomic.h is a built-in to gcc.  It is not in /usr/include.

Mine is here:

/usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/4.9.2/include/stdatomic.h

gcc appends that path to the include path when building to the
x86_64-pc-linux-gnu ABI.
