This was fixed, with other cross-compile issues, in git head.  So
try git head.  Also, if you use git head, other issues can get fixed
for you.

3.20 was in final testing before release for well over a month.  For some
reason no corss-compile people tested it during that time.  Then several
came out the week after.  You help testing BEFORE release makes things
better for everyone.
