Yo All!

FYI, all XML/XSL is now gone from gpsd.  All of it wass converted to 
AsciiDoc.

I also reverted the ability to use AsciiDoc instead of AsciiDoctor as
its manpage building relied on the same buggy XSL as got removed.

This simplified the build process a bit.  There will be a few bugs...
