Yo David!

The attached file is corrupted.

RINEX files are fixed format, but this file has been loaded in a text editor
and re-formatted.  That makes it invalid.

For example this should be one line, not two:

  2020     7     9     9    12    0.9959999     GPS         TIME OF FIRST
OBS
