Yo Gary! Attached should be a few seconds of output from: # ./gpsd -N -n -D 6 /dev/ttyS0 |& fgrep -e PPS -e GPGSA With: # ./gpsd -V ./gpsd: 3.21.1~dev (revision 3.21.1~dev-2020-12-03T20:16:20)Included the GPGSA lines to show that the device thinks it has a 3D lock (not sure if that's the line cgps/gpsd uses to make a determination, but guessing it is?), but PPS doesn't for some reason. You've indicated it is going to be hard to troubleshoot remotely, happy to hack the code for you here or pull as many heads (lord that sounds bad) as you need to help figure this out. This is obviously a bit on the important side for me.
