Given that all troff introductions show a few built in commands before
explaining that macro packages exist and are accessed with -mxx,
wouldn't it be worth leaving as is rather than confuse someone
following an introduction by having macros without -mxx, especially if
.mso is used which might not be explained in their Bell Labs troff
orientated material.
I'm not sure the slight advantage of ommitting -mxx from the command
line is worth the change from tradition, and therefore existing
documentation.
