The resolution is defined as the number of "units" per 1 inch, so it
is "1u/1i", or defined with, for example,
.nr resolution 1u/1i
The implied unit is 'u'.
Those who need it can create it themselves, avoiding unnecessary
additions to the code (which would be redundant).
