One thing about issues is that you should give enough background
about why this, what other alternatives were considered etc.

For this, it's be 

    RESOLVED: Fenfire. (It's synonymous to will-o'-the-wisp.)
    Several alternatives were considered, including galatea, ..., ...,
    but were discarded for people objecting, or for trademark
    reasons. Fenfire was the least-objected-to suggestion.
