Too much leaning on Ted. There's a lot of other literature on these issues
too. For a start, see Jacob Nielsen's stuff, and the Hypertext conference
articles. The References section should be at LEAST twice as long
and contain references to actual academic articles; now there is only
one peer-reviewed articles in the references section, which is a very bad sign.
