Headache, not much done.

Thinking about buoys, and the using the stencil buffer: if we're
aiming for the NV10, we can make use of it to create irregular-shaped
"windows" (fragments) of documents, which I think would be a good
thing to have; less visual confusion with than with everything being
rectangular and straight lines.

Will try to implement something tonight.
