Working on ImageLoader:

Created gzz.gfx.gl.GLBackgroundImageLoader which is a Runnable-spawning
URI-loader that sends its data through the JNI to libimagecache, and is
also called by libimagecache when it's time to start loading an image.

Learned a lot about JNI and tried to learn something about TexRects but
eventually had to resort to asking =)

CVS commit seems to lock up.... oh well maybe it'll work in the morning.
